How will my order be wrapped?
LETTERBOX PARCEL
Depending on the size of your item it will either come in a small white cardboard box (18cm x 11cm x 2cm) this holds items such as earrings and scrunchies or a larger brown A4 Sized box (34cm x 23cm x 2.3cm) this holds items such as A4 prints and an assortment of accessories. These boxes cost less to ship as they fit through your letterbox. Inside you will find a thank you for your order card, your item(s) wrapped in acid free tissue paper and contact information should you have any questions. All items are taped together with recyclable tape either plant or paper based with natural solvents, they can go straight into the recycling bin with all the paper or you can choose to reuse.
SMALL BOX
If your items are larger than letterbox size, you will receive them in a brown cardboard box (24cm x 24cm x 8cm). These boxes are too large to be posted through the letterbox, so they cost a little more to send out. Inside you will find a thank you for your order card, your item(s) wrapped in acid free tissue paper and contact information should you have any questions. All items are taped together with recyclable tape either plant or paper based with natural solvents, they can go straight in the recycling bin with all the paper or you can choose to reuse. Thank you cards in both parcels can also be reused as a print for decorative purposes.
HOW TO RECYCLE & REUSE PACKAGING
REUSE
Thank you cards can be reused as decorative prints, we'll do our best not to send you the same one twice! Prolonging the use of a paper product is a great way to lower your carbon footprint.
RECYCLE
To recycle your box, make sure to first remove any shipping stickers as not all recycling plants have the facilities to recycle plastic stickers. If you’re unsure of your local recycling plant capabilities, you can always check with your local authority for guidance.
REUSE
Depending on the state of your postage box you can reuse it. Send a package to a friend or family member, a layer of wrapping paper and well-placed tape can make it look great. Prolonging the use of a paper product is a great way to lower your carbon footprint.

Remember production time is not included in shipping estimates, items may take up to 21 working days to be cut, sewn & packaged depending on demand.
